The Montana Stockgrowers Foundation (MSF) is pleased to announce the hiring of Ashleigh Heimbach as the Foundation’s first Executive Director.
Heimbach will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for the Montana Stockgrowers Foundation and partner with the Board of Trustees to advance the foundation’s mission, vision, and long-term sustainability.

Ashleigh is an experienced executive leader with more than 15 years of expertise in nonprofit leadership, organizational management, healthcare operations, and public service. Throughout her career, she has led organizations through strategic growth, operational excellence, and transformational change while fostering strong partnerships with boards, community leaders, donors, policymakers, and stakeholders.
Her professional experience includes executive leadership, strategic planning, financial stewardship, governance, fundraising, organizational development, and public speaking. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, ability to build meaningful relationships, and commitment to creating sustainable organizations that strengthen communities and inspire future leaders.
A proud Montanan, Ashleigh has dedicated her career to serving communities across the state and was recognized as one of Helena’s “20 Under 40” business leaders for her leadership and community impact.
