Recently, the Montana Stockgrowers Association sent a letter to the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, Sonny Perdue. In the letter, MSGA expressed appreciation for the announcement and the actions USDA will be taking regarding the recent fire at the beef processing facility in Holcomb, Kansas and the devastating result on our cattle markets.
MSGA also shared our concerns with the the Commissioner of CFTC and the Montana Congressional Delegation.
