Challenges Facing the Beef Industry: The beef business is really good right now, but not without its challenges.  In the next ten years I suspect we will see a massive shift in generational transfer, and a change in ownership structure of the land that most of Americas beef cattle are ran on.  Understanding how to manage and navigate this will be a major task for the up-and-coming business operators in our industry.

Consumer demand will always need to be at the front of our minds as well.  We’re experiencing historic times regarding beef demand, relative to supply today. However, long term, I think its incredibly important to drive consumer demand for our product.
